I am going through a phase where I think I’m worthless and don’t deserve anything. That all my hard work is for nothing. Not just in running but school work too and just life in general. I had a break down yesterday. I’m just not in the mood for anything any more and would much rather just retreat away from the world to a place more comforting. It hurts a lot.

A girl in group the other day likened an eating disorder recovery proccess to a game of snakes and ladders.
